Former professional sports journalist Sol Neelman is surely one of the most unusual sports photographers in America: he has a passion for offbeat sports people play in their spare time. His first book, Weird Sports (Kehrer Verlag, 2011), which sparked a worldwide media sensation, is now joined by this sequel, which brings us more whacky ideas and astounding photos to marvel at as people pursue sports such as Chuckwagon Racing, Lingerie Basketball, Bike Tossing, Frog Jumping, Color Running, Live Monster Wrestling, Forklift Bowling, Water Balloon Fighting, Cowboy Downhill, Barstool Ski Racing, Quidditch, Unicycle Polo, Indoor Skydiving, and much, much more.

Sol Neelman (b. 1970, USA) is a failed athlete turned sports photographer living in Portland, Oregon. His work has appeared in National Geographic, ESPN the Mag, SI, Rolling Stone, People, Newsweek, and TIME.
Mike Davis is the features photo editor at The Oregonian, Portland.
Brandy Rettig aka RettigtoRumble is a roller derby player. Her resume includes being on the 2007 WFTDA western regional championship team (with Rat City), finishing 2nd at the WFTDA national championships (2007 with Rat City and again in 2010 with the Oly Rollers) and captaining her Grave Danger team to the 2007 Rat City Rollergirls league championship.
