I can say this because I have walked miles in your shoes. I grew up the the horrors of child abuse and neglect. From there I went through a tumultuous life as a young adult, straight into being a single parent of three children.
I did what I was taught to do, which was work hard, do my best to be a good person, and be a better parent for my kids than what I had when I was growing up., Regardless of how hard I tried, none of the struggle in all of this got me to a place where I could feel happiness in my life. In fact, all it got me was a lap full of problems that I had to solve.
With that said...boy howdy did I ever get good at solving problems once I was able to attract the right mentors and teachers!
