About The Author

John Britt is an international bestselling author with a passion for helping organizations align their strategy with the day-to-day activities and behaviours to reach their goals. He assists companies in effective communication, improved accountability, superior customer service and change capacity. He is co-author, with Ken Blanchard, of Who Killed Change? and co-author, with Harry Paul, of Who Kidnapped Excellence? John lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with his wife and multiple pets.

Vaishakhi Bharucha is an advertising maven, cross-culture coach, and a content and brand specialist. She has won several national and international awards and is now a jury for many advertising awards. She conducts niche creative and writing workshops and facilitates using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.

Vaishakhi lives in Mumbai and has a son and a daughter. When she is not writing or having coffee, Vaishakhi is busy warding off her cats from her laptop.
