Because people don't know what they don't know, it creates a domino effect of just gathering up any information a person can get their hands and trying to make sense of it all. 2. People are asking a lot of questions, just not the right ones. 3. Most people are making huge assumptions when it comes to purchasing new windows and therefore they are just throwing their money to the wind. If you're not asking the right questions, don't expect the right answers. 4. A company can't offer you something they don't have and you can't ask about a product or feature you don't even know exists. Because of these two main factors here is a ton of relevant information that falls right down the middle, much like two ships passing in the night. I'm on a personal mission to pioneer a new field of (True Window Consulting) which is why I started my company a few years ago called AAA Window Consultants. My quest of getting the right information into the homeowner%u2019s hands has been a passion of mine for over a decade.
