Luciano Wernicke was born in Argentina. He graduated from the University of Salvador with a degree in journalism. He has also written articles for publications in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Wernicke taught for almost 20 years in institutions such as the Círculo de Periodistas Deportivos and the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE). His books have been published in North and South America.
