Doch Konflikte begegnen uns nicht nur zwischen einzelnen Individuen, nein sie spielen sich auch auf höheren Ebenen ab, zwischen Organisationen, ja sogar zwischen Staaten. Ziel eines jeden Menschen sollte es sein, Konflikte zu lösen und sie als Weg zu einem guten Konsens zwischen den Parteien zu schätzen. Doch zur Verwirklichung dieses Vorsatzes muss man den Beteiligten Werkzeuge an die Hand geben. Inzwischen findet sich in der Literatur eine Vielzahl solcher Werkzeuge in Form von verschiedenen Methoden der Konfliktlösung und verschiedener Theorien der Kommunikation. Aus diesen eine Auswahl zu treffen, die für die jeweilige Situation und die beteiligten Individuen am besten geeignet ist, ist nicht nur schwierig sondern nahezu unmöglich, bei der Vielzahl an Vorschlägen und bei der Vielzahl an verschiedenen Konfliktsituationen. Dennoch sollte genau dies das Ziel von Forschungen auf diesem Gebiet sein. Ich möchte nun einen kleinen Einblick in verschiedene Ansätze zur Beschreibung von Kommunikation und zur Lösung von Konflikten (meist ist dies miteinander mehr oder weniger verbunden) aufzeigen und dadurch einen kleinen Ansto zum besseren Miteinander in unserem Alltag geben. Zu diesem Zwecke werde ich zunächst einige Begriffe klären und eine grundlegende Methode die der Verbesserung der Kommunikation dient vorstellen. Dann werde ich vier ausgewählte Stile der Kommunikation vorstellen und sie hinsichtlich ihres Potentials zur Konfliktlösung und Entstehung beleuchten. Au erdem werde ich die Grundvoraussetzungen zur Konfliktlösung nach Rogers vorstellen. Im dritten Teil der Arbeit werde ich dann einen weiteren Ansatz zur Beschreibung von Kommunikation vorstellen. Zum Schluss werde ich dann versuchen ein kleines Fazit zu ziehen.
