About The Author

Der Ehrwürdige Geshe Kelsang Gyatso ist ein vollendeter Meditationsmeister und international bekannter Lehrer des Buddhismus, der die Einführung von modernem Buddismus in die heutige Gesellschaft vorantrieb. Indem er Buddhas Lehren auf eine Weise darlegt, die für vielbeschäftigte moderne Menschen relevant und passend ist, zeigt er, wie diese Lehren von allen, Buddhisten und Nichtbuddhisten, angewandt werden können, um Probleme zu lösen, Beziehungen zu verbessern und schließlich tiefen und dauerhaften inneren Frieden und Glück zu erlangen.
