Dies beinhaltet eine Kombination aus Pharmako-, Psycho- und Soziotherapie. Der wichtigste Baustein hierbei ist die Pharmakotherapie, allerdings nicht der alleinige. Trotz geringer Nebenwirkungen neuerer atypischer Neuroleptika brechen immer noch ein Gro teil der Patienten ihre Therapie vorzeitig ab. Aktuelle Meta-Analysen belegen, dass auch Psycho- und Soziotherapie ma geblich zur Besserung der Symptomatik und Verringerung der Rückfallraten beitragen. Die Psychotherapie scheint also eine optimale supplementäre Behandlung schizophrener Psychosen zu sein. Aber es sind immer noch einige Fragen hinsichtlich ihrer Wirksamkeit offen. Im Rahmen meiner Hausarbeit möchte ich mich zum einen mit der evidenzbasierten Psychotherapie beschäftigen und speziell auf ihre Leitlinien eingehen. Bevor ich mich mit der Wirksamkeitsanalyse der Psychotherapie bei der Schizophrenie anhand von Meta-Analysen auseinandersetze, werde ich kurz auf aktuelle Formen psychotherapeutischer Behandlungen schizophrener Psychosen eingehen.
