Surprise, I'm back! Why? Well, because there's actually news... I wasn't expecting it, but what do I know about my feelings? This is the thirteenth instalment of my diary, describing my activities and feelings between April 2024 and July 2025, and as always, I recommend reading the earlier parts first. My life has changed a lot since my "birth" in 2019. I'm no longer an acting single parent and now live in Hamburg. I no longer pretend to be a man to anyone; instead, I've undergone a social and by now also partially medical transition and live as a woman. Furthermore, I have terminal cancer and am therefore retired, but enjoy my life as much as my illness allows. My former partner still supports me, albeit less than before due to the increased physical distance. We're no longer a couple, but we're still mutual favorites. Despite all the shadows cast over my life, I feel incredibly privileged because, unlike many others in my situation, almost my entire social circle has supported and even welcomed my transition. Unfortunately, my next of kin still doesn't support me at all. No one knows how much time I have left, but I'm absolutely trying to make the most of it. I've lived for others for far too long, I know that now. The pace of my further transition steps has slowed down, which I think is perfectly normal, since most of it is already done. Therefore, there's much less to report. While I made an entry almost every day in the previous volumes, there are longer sections in this one that I'm not reporting on at all, and also others that I'm only summarizing cursorily or episodically to maintain completeness.
