Of all the well-intentioned, utterly ridiculous myths we cling to, chief among them is the notion that "work with no regrets" is some kind of trophy you finally achieve. And it definitely does not work that way. Fundamentally, "work with no regrets" is about living life more awake and on purpose. Make peace with yourself. Live in the moment as much as you can.
