The crash of '87 resulted in a career change that lead to managing a Federally funded not-for-profit community organization in structured skills training in the 1990s.

This role led to creating another successful Strategic venture in apprenticeship and traineeship marketing in 2000, culminating in the last ten years of delivering internet marketing and website building services for online business development clients.

Over the past decade, Helene has published many ebooks available for download online in a wide range of self help subjects - through her business Strategic Services.

This series of "Workplace Solutions" self-help books will be continually expanded in the future to encompass all areas of professional development skills that team leaders and entrepreneurs need for success and profitability in their career.
