You can motor through 3-5-minute rounds all day but can last 20 minutes with your moves using partner resistance off balance training. I am showing you how to give your all and be effective, not pace yourself and waste each other's time. I am not here to repeat what your master, Sifu, Sensei or coaches teach you. That is their job. My job is to take your skill set to a higher level or performance with greater speed, overall strength, and agility and especially endurance which keeps you fresh when going the distance.
