About The Author

Dr. Minoru Kamata is a clinical psychologist based in Japan who received his PhD in Adlerian psychology in 1994. He has practiced traditional Raja yoga for ten years and was certified in yoga therapy by the Japan Yoga Therapy Society. Dr. Kamata is known for his good humor and has developed his own curriculum for training up-and-coming yoga therapists in the skills necessary to practice yoga therapy darshana with their clients.
