This book is a compilation of wisdom, maturity, and pure fear. Let me explain. For most of my life, I thought my metabolism didn't work. You see, I have always been overweight, from childhood right into adulthood. By overweight, I don't mean five pounds, but rather 50-150 pounds over-weight. The only positive thing on my side was that I was also blessed with some height. I was over five feet tall by the time I was ten years old. And 5'10" tall at full height.

Being fat or staying fat, I knew things had to change. I knew it was unhealthy and fatal to continue to deny my weight problem. So, I started to ask questions, and this book contains the answers.

All our bodies are sensitive to everything we put in, on, or around our bodies. Unfortunately, the maze of doctors I had to go through to get the answer could have been avoided entirely if one doctor at any time questioned the basics of my health. Was my body getting what it needed? Remove long-term medications and reevaluate? Explain to me how our anatomy works. That is factual.

This book will introduce you to the various messages our bodies give us to achieve and maintain optimal health. Our blood doesn't lie. Our cells have requirements. Our bodies are perfect teachers. As students, we must listen and apply our learnings.
