Dennis, Shilo: - Shilo Dennis has a BA in Psychology. She has a love of storytelling and a keen eye for detail, which she's used to edit three children's books so far. Shilo also loves to sing and act. From ages 7 to 14, she performed in many solo vocal concerts, plays, commercials, television shows and a movie. Most significantly she played the lead role of "Mary" in "The Secret Garden." She also played the role of "Helen" in the "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear" episode of Touched By An Angel, and she co-starred in the movie "Mr. Atlas." She continues this hobby by goofing off with and reading aloud to her family.

Moulton, Shirley: - Shirley Moulton authored five Magic Moon books before she wrote "You Should Always, At Least, Ask for a Unicorn," "You Should Always, At Least, Ask for a T-Rex," and "You Should Always, At Least, Ask for a Dragon."Shirley Moulton has a BA in Psychology and a BA in Special Education. She also has a MS in Special Education. She taught Special Education for 30 years. She believes that each child has special talents and unique gifts. She loves being a mother and a grandmother most of all. Shirley has had fun writing these books, as most all children love dinosaurs (especially the tyrannosaurus rex), and unicorns!
