About The Book

This handbook for parents provides information and guidelines for selecting a good school for your child. About The Author

Dr Gary Gruber is a lifelong learner and educator with many years of school experience. His earlier book "Seven Decades: A Learning Memoir" chronicles some of his own educational experiences both inside and outside the classroom. Dr. Gruber has been a teacher, school administrator, school consultant as well as an advisor to families spanning a long career in public and private education. He attended public schools in Ohio and graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio; Princeton Seminary in New Jersey; and holds both master's and doctorate degrees from Penn State University. Dr. Gruber is a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico where he has lived for the past twenty years.
