O zachowaniu i zachowaniu się mówi się wszędzie, często jednak mając na myśli ich negatywny aspekt. Dzisiejsze czasy oferują wachlarz możliwości, jednak nie są one skupione jedynie na czynieniu dobra. Tak jak czasy się zmieniają, zmienia się także mentalnośc ludzi, a przede wszystkim osób mlodych, dla których to okres gimnazjum jest ważnym, jeśli nie najważniejszym etapem ich rozwoju, zarówno fizycznego, jak i emocjonalnego. To wlaśnie na tym etapie życia mlody czlowiek smakuje, czym jest pierwsza przyjaźń, pierwsza milośc, czy pierwsza porażka. Czasami nawet blahe problemy stają się w wizji osoby mlodej czymś trudnym, nie do pokonania. Bez pomocy wlaściwych osób może on stracic pomysl na siebie i poszukac innych, pozornie "ciekawszych" odpowiedników dobrej rozrywki i "idealnych" pomyslów na szybkie i skuteczne rozwiązanie problemów. Adolescent ucieka wtedy do zachowań agresywnych i nierzadko autoagresywnych. Chęc zrozumienia przyczyn podejmowania takich, a nie innych zachowań problemowych oraz toku myślenia mlodego czlowieka wraz z jego opinią na temat wybranych zachowań agresywnych i autoagresywnych sklonila mnie do wybrania wlaśnie takiego, a nie innego tematu pracy.
