With the help of friends and allies ranging from his stalwart older brother and clever younger sister to an overgrown farm boy who can speak with animals, elves, a handful of dwarves, and a budding teenage wizard discovering her newfound powers, the fate of the Kingdom rests in their capable hands. Yet, as they navigate through the twists and turns of their quest, beset by the sinister machinations of the malevolent Dark and his formidable Daxian minions, the question remains: will they uncover the solution to the mysterious Black Scroll riddle in time?


Once every four generations, an opportunity arises to delve into the depths of four enchanted caverns housing the elusive Black Scrolls. Success in overcoming the challenges presented by these scrolls grants the prince access to potent tokens, crucial for defending the venerable Zandermore Kingdom. Care must be taken as a token's power can be used for good or evil. The lure to use the power for darkness has pulled others astray in earlier generations, including a former Zandermore prince who now leads the evil Daxians. He is known simply by the Zandermore as Dark.





Collins, Clayton Todd: - "Clayton grew up in Northern California, living in the countryside on what he fondly calls a small horse ranch. His childhood was filled with wide-open spaces and an abundance of horses and ponies to ride. It was a place where he and his older brother easily slipped into the world of their imagination, dreaming up elaborate games and plots with their collection of cowboy action figures. Their adventures often unfolded in the rugged landscapes of the Wild West, but occasionally, they'd steer their imaginative journeys toward distant planets, piloting imaginary spacecraft through the cosmos.As it often goes, the transition from childhood fantasies to adulthood brought changes, and their imaginative games gradually evolved into cherished memories. However, the arrival of fatherhood unexpectedly gave Clayton the perfect excuse to revisit the fantasy world through his children's daytime and bedtime stories. With the enthusiastic support of his wonderful wife and children, he embarked on a creative journey, pouring his energy into crafting what is now becoming The Black Scrolls series.
