F�r Abhilfe kann hier nur eine einzelne, eigenst�ndige Organisationsverwaltung sorgen, die zentral allen Anwendungssystemen ihre Informationen bereitstellt. Aus diesem Grund ist das erste Ziel dieser Arbeit die Konzeption einer umfassenden Organisationsverwaltung f�r eine zentrale Anwendung im Bereich betrieblicher Anwendungssysteme. Sie soll den Einsatz mehrerer dezentraler Organisationsverwaltungen im Unternehmen er�brigen, indem sie ihre Funktionalit�t bei Bedarf betrieblichen Anwendungssystemen zur Verf�gung stellt. Zun�chst m�ssen dabei m�gliche Anwendungsdom�nen identifiziert werden, um die genauen Aufgaben und Funktionen zentraler Organisationsverwaltungen definieren zu k�nnen. Aus diesen Erkenntnissen lassen sich schlie lich generelle Anforderungen an zentrale Organisationsverwaltungen ableiten. Au erdem wird ein entsprechender Architekturansatz vorgestellt. Ferner sind bislang in Organisationsverwaltungen eingesetzte Organisationsmodelle stark vom jeweiligen Anwendungssystem abh�ngig. Sie erweisen sich deshalb als �u erst ungeeignet f�r den Einsatz in einer zentralen Organisationsverwaltung, die mehrere Anwendungssysteme bedienen k�nnen muss. Somit steht als zweites Ziel dieser Arbeit die Entwicklung eines flexiblen Vorgehensmodells zur Organisationsmodellierung fest, das f�r den Einsatz in einer zentralen Organisationsverwaltung geeignet ist.
