Die Organisation ist somit Grundvoraussetzung für den Erfolg eines Unternehmens. Daher nimmt die Aufgabe der Organisation in allen Unternehmensbereichen auch einen so grundlegenden Stellenwert ein. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird speziell auf die Organisation des Einkaufs, genauer auf die Gestaltung der äu eren Organisation des Einkaufs eingegangen. Dabei stellt sich die Frage, ob der gesamte Einkauf der in den Betriebsstätten benötigten Materialien eher zentral oder dezentral, d.h. von nur einer oder von mehreren Stellen aus erfolgen soll. Zielsetzung dieser Arbeit ist nicht die Untersuchung der Fragestellung, welche Form der äu eren Einkaufsorganisation für ein Unternehmen die effizienteste ist. Der vorliegende Praxisbericht soll ausschlie lich zeigen, welche Probleme bei der Wahl der Organisationsform auftreten können und welche konkreten Möglichkeiten existieren, diesen Problemen entgegenzuwirken. Das Beispiel der Fels-Werke GmbH soll zeigen, wie die Gestaltung der äu eren Organisation des Einkaufs in der Praxis aussehen kann.
