Als innovative Nachwuchsförderin ist Nicole M. Pfeffer unentwegt auf der Suche, der Jugend neue Chancen und zukunftsorientierte Kompetenzen zu vermitteln. Mit ihrer in 2021 gegründeten gGmbH der FreiDenker Campus, und dem ergänzenden Bildungsangebot für 8- bis 15-Jährige befasst sich Nicole M. Pfeffer mit den Zukunftskompetenzen der Gesellschaft. Ihr dadurch intensiv aufgebautes Wissen fließt in die Formate und Projekte mit der Jugend ein.
Als Marketing-Expertin hat Nicole M. Pfeffer mit ihrer Marketing-Beratung "mmp - marketing mit pfeffer" bereits zahlreiche Projekte erfolgreich begleitet, innovative Kampagnen ins Leben gerufen und visionäre Konzepte für Städte, Gemeinden und Unternehmen entworfen. Ihr verzweigtes Netzwerk, ihre übergreifenden Branchenkenntnisse, sowie ihr ungebremstes Engagement für eine prosperierende Region und der damit verwurzelten Gesellschaft, spiegeln sich auch in ihrer Tätigkeit als FDP-Ortsverbands-Vorsitzende wider.
