Von besonderem Interesse sind Wechselwirkungen von Wirbelfadensystemen. Der hier behandelte Analyseansatz ist insofern neu, als dass von einem ruhenden Fluid ausgegangen wird, durch das eine Wirbel erzeugende Störkontur fährt. Das Korridor-Modell kehrt somit die Strömungsverhältnisse an einem Windkanal um und damit das klassische Simulations-SetUp! Vielmehr handelt es sich um ein "idealisiertes Szenario" wie wir es aus der Beobachtung von Strömungsereignissen in der belebten Natur kennen. Um das Induktionsgeschehen und den Impulsaustauch mit dem euler'schen Raum zu simulieren, werden exemplarisch Tragflügelmodelle für einen Flug durch das ruhende Fluid erarbeitet und der Korridor selbst für eine qualitative und quantitative Analyse konditioniert. Der numerische Korridor ist ein leistungsfähiges Instrument der frühen Phase der virtuellen Systementwicklung.
