Das ist der Grund, weshalb beinahe jeder Ansatz zur Klarung argwohnisch verfolgt und als unerlaubte Attacke gegen ein kollektives Einverstandnis der Unklar- heit gewertet wird. DaB man die Plastische Chirurgie dem Patienten so schwer beschreiben kann, ist schon arg genug. Aber auch uns plastischen Chirurgen hat das Gegeneinander von arztlichen Einsichten, von frag- wiirdigen Affekten, von handwerklicher Technik und von okonomischen Standesinteressen oft die wesentlichen Ziige unseres Faches verschleiert.
