Sei es die Gewohnheit zu kontrollieren, ob die Haustür auch wirklich abgeschlossen ist, oder der "Putzfimmel" des Partners? Jeder Mensch besitzt mehr oder weniger stark ausgeprägte Gewohnheiten. Allerdings können diese Angewohnheiten so stark entgleisen, dass sie das gesamte Leben eines Menschen bestimmen und beeinträchtigen. Der Beruf, das soziale Umfeld, eigentlich alle Lebensbereiche sind dann davon betroffen. Wenn aus der Gewohnheit somit ein Zwang wird, spricht man von einer Zwangsstörung. Der betroffene Mensch ist ständig am Grübeln und Zweifeln: "Habe ich nun die Haustüre abgeschlossen? Habe ich meine Hände gründlich genug gewaschen?". Der Zwang verursacht damit viel Leid und nimmt dadurch die ganze verfügbare Zeit der Betroffenen in Anspruch. Doch die oben genannte "Entgleisung" geschieht gar nicht so selten, wie vielleicht angenommen: Die Krankheit betrifft ca. 2% der Gesamtbevölkerung, in Deutschland schätzt man die Zahl auf mindestens eineinhalb Millionen Menschen. Somit handelt es sich um eine häufige Erkrankung, die allerdings kaum Bekanntheitsgrad hat und eher verschwiegen wird. Und genau dies war meine Motivation zu dieser Hausarbeit. Gerade wir, als zukünftige Sozialarbeiterinnen und Sozialpädagoginnen, sollten dieses Krankheitsbild kennen und verstehen. In meiner Hausarbeit möchte ich die Ursachen, die Symptome, die Diagnose-Möglichkeiten und die Behandlungswege der Verhaltenstherapie und der Psychoanalyse aufzeigen. Anmerken möchte ich noch, dass die in meiner Hausarbeit verwendeten Begriffe "Zwangsstörung" und "Zwangsneurose" die gleiche Bedeutung haben. [...]
