She won first place in the KAIT TV Riceland Foods "Cooking With Rice" promotion with her Ham and Cheddar Quiche With Rice Crust recipe. Susan lives in Osceola, Indiana with her husband, John. They have three children, Joanna and her husband Bobby, Jonathan and Joshua.
