Diane Laviano is a seasoned expert in advertising finance and accounting with nearly 20 years of industry experience. She gained her extensive knowledge of agency business in a broad variety of finance roles, from CFO on down, and has worked at a diverse roster of large and small and public and private agencies including BBDO, The Concept Farm, and MVBMS/EURO RSCG. Diane is currently the Controller at Sudler & Hennessey US, a WPP company. Before finding her way into the ad industry, Diane was an auditor with Deloitte and Touche and also ran her own accounting and tax company. She earned her accounting degree at Villanova University. Diane is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She lives in Brooklyn, NY. She hikes the Adirondacks, volunteers with community groups to plant care for NY City trees and indulges her right brain with painting, drawing and photography. Diane loves the ad industry for its unique mix of creativity and business. But as an anyone who works in the industry knows, it's really all about the people. She wrote "Ad It Up" for them.
