The recipes in this book have been gathered from our amazing Top Bakers, Libby Bates our social media baker, the winners of Helen Douglas Hospice -Virtual Bake-Off Competition to our fellow bakers from around the world and a selection of mine from my travels around the world and they heyday of my misspent youth and passed on to me by my Grandmother.

Wixted, Greg: - Greg G Wixted is the founder of Britain Loves Baking, this is second baking book, he is an entrepreneur, trained baker and chef, renowned award winning product developer and investor in food and hospitality start-ups, some had to close due to the global pandemic, Caroline Jackson is Greg's long standing business partners in crime and they have embarked on many business ventures together. Libby Bates is Britain Loves Baking, Social Media Baker and presents Baking with Libby, the brands kids baking tutorials. Liz Campbell helped compile the book, the Mason Cash team and gifted designer Heidi Samsoondar. A special thanks to Kate Bull, Laura Harold, Yvonne McClean and the person to whom this book is dedicated to Tracey Miller, all of these amazing people encouraged me to keep going.
