I have to agree with you, hummus is an acquired taste. I have sampled various hummus recipes while being entertained by others, and I make it for my husband all the time, so I am very familiar with these spreads and dips. This recipe book contains ideas from all 4 corners of the country and a few from the international community.

Some of my husband's favorite recipes include Cucumber Rounds with Hummus, Cucumber Hummus Sandwich, Black Bean and Chickpea Hummus, Smoky Chipotle Hummus, Creamy Yogurt Hummus, and Quick and Yummy Hummus, just to name a few.
