Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1 (96 von 100 Punkten), Donau-Universität Krems - Universität für Weiterbildung (Department für Wirtschafts- und Managementwissenschaften / Danube Business School), Veranstaltung: MBA - General Management Competences, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Masterarbeit untersucht, welche Ma nahmen das Non-Profit-Marketing von Fraunhofer in den USA verbessern würden. Dafür wurde zunächst durch eine Literaturrecherche untersucht, welche generellen Empfehlungen und Probleme zum Non-Profit-Marketing existieren. Eine Umfrage unter den Fraunhofer-Centern in den USA zum Marketing untersuchte dann die gegenwärtige Marketingsituation bei Fraunhofer USA. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass Fraunhofer auf eine professionelle Ausrichtung des Marketings in den USA Wert legt und empfohlene Marketingtechniken eingesetzt werden. Es werden aber auch Defizite des Marketings erkennbar. So wurde bisher noch kein adäquater Marketingmix entwickelt, um die Marketingstrategien effektiv und nachhaltig umzusetzen. Als Schlussfolgerung der Arbeit wird empfohlen, dem Marketing bei Fraunhofer USA einen stärkeren strategischen und analytischeren Charakter zu geben und mehr Analysemethoden in die tägliche Arbeit einzubeziehen sowie Vollzeitpositionen zum Marketing zu schaffen.

Aljoscha Roch erhielt 2007 sein Diplom in Physik von der Technischen Universität Dresden. Er arbeitete ab 2007 für die Fraunhofer Gesellschaft e.V. in der angewandten Forschung und Entwicklung und wurde 2009 vom Fraunhofer Institut fuer Werkstoff- und Strahltechnik als bester Nachwuchswissenschaftler ausgezeichnet. 2012 promovierte er an der Technischen Universität Dresden in den Ingenieurwissenschaften und erhielt 2018 den Master of Business Administration (MBA) von der Donau Universität Krems in Österreich. Er arbeitete als Gutachter für verschiedene wissenschaftliche Zeitschriften, koordinierte föderale sowie internationale europäische Projekte, betreute zahlreiche Masterarbeiten in den Ingenieurwissenschaften und war Gruppenleiter für Gruppen wie Thermoelektrik beim Fraunhofer Institut fuer Werkstoff- und Strahltechnik oder 3D Printing Technologies bei Fraunhofer USA. Er arbeitet seit April 2017 als Professor an der Michigan State University in den USA. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind gedruckte Elektronik und additive Fertigung. Vor allem der 3D-Druck von Multi-Materialien für mechanische sowie medizinische Anwendungen steht dabei im Fokus.
