Joselena DiMuro es una ingeniero químico venezolana, apasionada por la cocina y madre de dos niños. Su pasión por la cocina la heredó de las recetas de cocina casera de su madre desde la infancia donde inició sus primeras prácticas culinarias que luego desarrolló en los pasillos de Ingeniería Química en donde se inclinó hacia la producción de alimentos. Con esa idea se dispuso a compendiar un acumulo de postres y meriendas y crear sus propias recetas en casa. Joselena nos dice que le encanta hacer postres clásicos y reinventarlos a su gusto para consentir a sus invitados siempre buscando una buena presentación en sus platos. En 2014 se fue a vivir en los Estados Unidos y creó un blog llamado Mamás Latinas en USA, donde comenzó a escribir y compartir sus recetas y consejos alcanzando más de 300.000 visitas en tan sólo 2 meses de inaugurado su blog, crecían las preguntas e inquietudes de sus seguidores y se dispuso con gran emoción a escribir su primer libro "Postres de mis Sueños" un regalo para todas aquellas personas que han seguido y admirado su trabajo y para todos aquellos amantes de la buena mesa.
