Santiago Mansilla Prieto (más conocido como Santifoods) es graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y ha desarrollado su carrera en el ámbito del marketing digital. Sin embargo, su verdadera pasión siempre ha estado entre fogones. Nacido en la ciudad de Córdoba, es allí donde comienza su historia con la cocina a los siete años, al lado de su abuela materna Rafaela, quien le transmitió no solo recetas, sino una forma de entender la vida a través de los valores familiares y el calor del hogar.
