When we believe in ourselves first and foremost; nothing is impossible. She enjoys cooking and watching others enjoy her unique meals. Which she accounts to her roots and experience from preparing daily meals for her family growing up. She is happily married to Anthony Dwight McAllister since 1997. A mother of three adult children, a bonus son and eight grandchildren. Dr. McAllister is available by appointment for cooking demonstrations and speaking engagements.
