Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit handelt es sich um methodische Grundlagen der Trendforschung. Dabei wird der Prozess zur Ermittlung und Evaluierung von Trends näher betrachtet. Darüber hinaus wird auch auf einzelne Methoden eingegangen, die in der Trendforschung am häufigsten verwendet werden.
